Telling stories about ordinary people’s everyday struggles and hopes woven into folky melodic melodies is where my musical journey has now led me. Taking clues and inspiration from vastly different genres such as old school pop-rock, folk, country, instrumental surf and classic Broadway; I am aiming for a new folk-pop sound - fitting for today's world.

Touring solo as man with a guitar is quite a departure from my musical past of playing in a power pop band – The Mockers (year end top 10 picks Billboard 1995) – and a surf band – The Surf Piranhas. 

While I still love the music I created in the past – you might have heard The Mockers “C'mon Over To My Side” on Little Stevens Underground Garage – these days I am working on a more straight forward and deeper musical connection. 

I now record music in my analog studio in Brooklyn, NY. The latest release recorded at the studio is Paul Collins' “Out of my Head,” which I coproduced with Paul in 2018.
